On mailing lists subscriptions

Hi all,

I'm writing this for any newcomers to the ASF mailing lists, such as myself.
FYI, the mailing lists seem to be configured to forward emails on our behalf.

This can go in conflict with any SPF / DKIM / DMARC config you may have. Having subscribed with an email address on my own domain, my emails could have been marked as SPAM (see screenshot), because that is what my DMARC policy says.

I'm switching my subscriptions to the alexelcu@apache.org email address. Which is probably better for ASF stuff, anyway.
