   Can I verify manually using the following steps?
   
   1. run `export SPARK_LOCAL_IP=::1`
   2. add `-Djava.net.preferIPv6Addresses=true` to `MAVEN_OPTS`
   3. run `mvn clean test -pl core  -Dtest=none -DwildcardSuites=org.apache.spark.deploy.history.RocksDBBackendHistoryServerSuite`
