Downloaded Checksum Values

Has anyone had an issue with downloading apache-storm-0.9.2-incubating.tar.gz<http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/incubator/storm/apache-storm-0.9.2-incubating/apache-storm-0.9.2-incubating.tar.gz> and verifying the checksum on it?
I have downloaded the file 5 times and received 5 different md5 checksums. None of them match the provided value. Most of the files differ by a few bytes as well.
I am downloading with Firefox, transferring with WinSCP and checking the hash on RedHat7 with: md5sum apache-storm-0.9.2-incubating.tar.gz
Any help of insight would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Nick

I just did a test download and the checksums were fine.

Is it possible to use wget on the RedHat7 machine to download, or is it isolated from the net?
