Servicemix web console

For the web console, are there any APIs exposed to do a listing of service
units, components, endpoints, etc. just like the web console console is
doing ? As well, the start stop, etc.

You can access everything you need using JMX.
The console is a thin web application which uses JMX underneath
so all the available features are available using JMX.

If needed, you should be able to configure a HTTP/SOAP JMX adapter ...
