James as NT Service....

Hello All-

I'm a newbie to James...and I'm up and running........I am trying to install
James as an NT Service on Win2k box.....I'm trying to use the following
instructions......http://www.mail-archive.com/james-user@jakarta.apache.org/
msg04203.html......the first step is to..."copy james.exe (in the zip) into
the bin" .......but there's no James.exe in the zip the I
downloaded......Where can I find James.exe or are there any other
instructions I should use?

I also checked out this thread
http://www.mail-archive.com/james-user@jakarta.apache.org/msg04205.html
<http://www.mail-archive.com/james-user@jakarta.apache.org/msg04205.html>

And followed those instructions.....much easier!, but when I run
"bin\wrapper -i conf\wrapper.conf" I receive the following error: "unable
to open config file. Wrapper.conf" .....and the file is there......???

Any ideas?

Russ

What I've done under Windows XP (and I think there won't be many
differences, but I can be wrong) is the following, from %PHOENIX_HOME%/bin:

wrapper -i ..\conf\wrapper.conf

Hope this will help,

Marco
