   Currently the C data interface doesn't support `FixedSizeBinary` yet with the following error message:
   ```
   CDataInterface("The datatype \"FixedSizeBinary(9)\" is still not supported in Rust implementation
   ```
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Add the support for `FixedSizeBinary`.
   
   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
   None
   
   **Additional context**
   N/A
