[commit] Checkin of text changes...
Hi Vincent:
I have a version of the newly refactored text support that
works OK for everything other than the new GlyphLayout
classes - e.g. anything without explicit DX, DY or
multiple X, Y values. There are regressions in text selection
when tspan has explicit X or Y values, but everything else
checks out OK (including structure-lang). I hope to
get the explicit glyph layout support working again very soon,
and should be able to put it back into the reorganized
CVS tree by early next week.
Vincent noted that text-tspan-BE-02.svg was not working for
everyone. I must have mixed something up on one of my commits,
or just forgot, because my local build was working last
week (before the current changes, required to support
"text chunks" with different anchors, and to support
the use of multi-valued X, Y, DX, DY attributes on <text>,
which is a proposed amendment to the standard.
I am in a course this week - this will be my last
checkin to the CVS tree until the reorg is finished.

Bill,
Thanks for commiting the changes in before the code reorg (I will
send details on that later today).
Cheers.
