Using Stateful Exchange Protocol

Hi all,

I'm trying to use the Stateful Exchange Protocol as mentioned at [1]
Say I need to use Counter process which has init, get, increment, close
operations.
What should I added to the SOAP header at the client's end, in order to get
the above process correlated.
i.e for the call of init operation and then for the increment operation
I'm using ODE trunk
