Maven RAR plugin.

I looked but I could not find one: A Maven RAR plugin.

I needed a Maven plugin that would package up a Resource Adapter I've 
been developing for deployment into Geronimo.  So I took the WAR plugin 
and changed it into RAR maven plugin. 

Would Geronimo be interested in hosting this plugin?  I don't think 
Geronimo creates any rars but some of it's dependent projects do like 
openejb and activemq.  Plugin looking for a good home.

It doesn't particular matter where the plugin is developed, maven can
pick it up and download it from any location. So it can be developed
within Geronimo or anywhere you wish.

I'm sure Jason van Zyl (Cc'ed) has a good place for it.
