### Which version of ShardingSphere did you use?

### Expected behavior
parse SELECT CUME_DIST statement
### Actual behavior
cannot parse SELECT CUME_DIST statement
### Steps to reproduce the behavior, such as: SQL to execute, sharding rule configuration, when exception occur etc.
```sql
SELECT CUME_DIST(15500, .05) WITHIN GROUP (ORDER BY salary, commission_pct) 'Cume-Dist of 15500' FROM employees;
```
