[fileupload] delete() method not working properly

the "delete" method is not working properly (at least at my side with NT 4 and 
J2SDK 1.4.1_01). The temporary files stays in the temp folder. 
The problem do not occur if you save the files because the write method simply 
rename the temp file to another one (see other bug report).
