ScriptAlias

I have a ScriptAlias in Apache that works fine
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/db2www/ /QSYS.LIB/FLTCGI.LIB/DB2WWW.PGM/
Is there some way to do this kind of thing with an in-process tomcat?
In other words can I define, somewhere in tomcat, a way to handle cgi
scripts?
