Borland C++ Builder 4.0

Hello,

    I'm working on a project in Borland C++ Builder which needs the
XML C++ ToolBox, but I can't get it to work. I've tried to build the
xerceslib.dll, but that failed. Maybe somebody already has a working
DLL build with C++ Builder, and is willing to share it with me? I'm
stuck right now as to what to do next. Help will be greatly
appreciated!
