[jira] [Created] (HDFS-16185) Fix comment in
LowRedundancyBlocks.java
Akira Ajisaka created HDFS-16185:
------------------------------------
Summary: Fix comment in LowRedundancyBlocks.java
Key: HDFS-16185
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-16185
Project: Hadoop HDFS
Issue Type: Bug
Components: documentation
Reporter: Akira Ajisaka
[https://github.com/apache/hadoop/blob/c8e58648389c7b0b476c3d0d47be86af2966842f/hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hdfs/server/blockmanagement/LowRedundancyBlocks.java#L249]
"can only afford one replica loss" is not correct there. Before HDFS-9857, the comment is "there is less than a third as many blocks as requested; this is considered very under-replicated" and it seems correct.
