DO NOT REPLY [Bug 48370] New: PublishRequest.java can not be compiled

There is a log used in org.apache.tomcat.bayeux.request.PublishRequest,but it
was not be defined,so the class can not be complied successfully,there should
be something like this?

private static final Log log = LogFactory.getLog(PublishRequest.class);

Thanks for the report. I suspect the recent exercise making logs final and
private broke this since RequestBase does have a log.

I've added a log to PublishRequest and cleaned up the imports as well.
