[PR] Correct Trigger-Form UI Docs for current Airflow 3 features [airflow]

jscheffl opened a new pull request, #54799:

   While reviewing #54783 I notices that the docs were not adjusted to Airflow 3 UI for trigger form. The feature of pre-population of form fields for triggering a Dag is not existing in Airflow 3 (yet) - will open an issue ticket for this.
