### Bug description
The parent currently determines the used site descriptor version being used. That is not clear from `https://maven.apache.org/doxia/doxia-sitetools/doxia-site-model/index.html#inheritance`. Having an explicit warning emitted in case a child site descriptor references a namespace which is newer or has a different major version should help.

This is incorrect as inheritance happens post parsing and deserialization!
