[VOTE] Apache ZooKeeper release 3.4.14 candidate 1
This is a bugfix release candidate for 3.4.14. It fixes 8 issues, mostly build / unit tests issues,
dependency updates flagged by OWASP, NPE and a name resolution problem. Among these it also supports
experimental Maven build and Markdown based documentation generation.

I see the same errors, and I have a test which is failing on my laptop
junit.run:
[junit] Running org.apache.zookeeper.test.BufferSizeTest
[junit] Tests run: 6, Failures: 3, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 6,11 sec
[junit] Test org.apache.zookeeper.test.BufferSizeTest FAILED
Maven build is broken, but I think this is not a show stopper for 3.4 branch

I have to give a -1, I couldn't finish ant package target without fixing 2
missing file issues first.
- zookeeper-contrib/zookeeper-contrib-ZooInspector/ivy.xml
After I copied another:
- zookeeper-server/src/main/resources/pom.template
After I copied the missing files it run fine.
