   There have a problem, can't build hadoop 2.x pass on jdk 11. Because hadoop 2.x use jdk tool.jar was removed in JDK 9. Check this: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/53707666/how-to-get-tools-jar-for-openjdk-11-on-windows. Any suggestion? @ruanwenjun @CalvinKirs
