how to get SOAP-ENV:Header

Hi,

how can I get the SOAP-ENV:Header - information in a deployed service? Is 
there a way to access the call object in a deployed service ? In BizTalk 
2.0 draft is specified that there are some information about the content of 
the message and I need this information for some operations.
