It is impossible to download artifacts build with Maven from Jenkins using command line clients (wget for instance)

here is an example: https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/OpenMeetings/job/openmeetings/128/org.apache.openmeetings$openmeetings-server/

please try to download gzip or zip artifact using wget

URL contains "$" char which should be escaped as "\$" to download
