The Apache Commons Configuration team is pleased to announce the
release of Apache Commons Configuration 2.14.0.

The Apache Commons Team is pleased to announce Commons Configuration 2.14.0.

The Commons Configuration software library provides a generic
configuration interface that enables an application to read
configuration data from various sources and requires Java 8.

Minor release with new features and updated dependencies; requires
Java 8 or above.
