Tomcat 4.0.2 Security Exception

I get the following error after installation the current 4.0.2 release of
Tomcat. I doesn't make a difference whether I use the exe-representation or
the zip-file regarding this release.

What can I do in order to install Tomcat correctly?

D:\Tomcat40\jakarta-tomcat-4.0.2\bin>catalina run
