[I] [Bug]: Not able to run ctakes after compile with Maven in Vscode on Windows [ctakes]

### What happened?
Hi there, I am new to ctakes and I just completed the compiling according to the instructions in https://github.com/apache/ctakes/wiki#new-developers
However, I did not see the following tar or zip file as described in steps 6 and 7:
6. After your run is complete there should be a tar and zip file for apache-ctakes-6.0.0-SNAPSHOT-bin and apache-ctakes-6.0.0-SNAPSHOT-src.
7. With the apache-ctakes-6.0.0-SNAPSHOT-bin you can unzip it into a new file and start running cTAKES Programs in bin of apache-ctakes-6.0.0-SNAPSHOT-bin
I did find a bin folder created under ctakes-distribution and I tried running several windows batch files such as "runPiperCreator", so I attempted running them, but in vain.
What would be your suggestions to debug it?

I figured there is a README in the "ctakes-distribution\bin" folder and now I can install the package correctly. Also my version is actually 7.0.0
