Lotus Files

Hello,
 
Could you please tell me if I can open Lotus Smartsuite (i.e. Lotus Word, Lotus 123 & Lotus Approach) files with your software and if so, how I might do it? I've tried simply opening these files via the usual File->Open method, but when I do this, your software asks me to select a "Character Set" for the file and so far I haven't been able to select a character set from the long menu provided that doesn't produce a bunch of gibberish.
