   ### What needs to happen?
   
   Import: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HOP-4554
   
   I don't understand the difference between Edit metadata (red) and View metadata (green), both buttons open the editor in perspective, but the first one allows to open it several times, which is not desirable.
