2. ASF Infra has disabled GitBox
- was down for a few days, but even now only redirects to GitHub
- CDN-in-a-Box depends on it
- subversion repos still work
- looks like it'll be disabled for the foreseeable future
3. Need to request "manual exception" approval PR from AS Infra
- slowing us down, should get on this
4. New Committer: Eric Holguin
