The attached patch fixes some typos in 31 classes in the in o-a-c-c subpackages in
the version of collections from 04-Jan-6.

'hashcode' was replaced with 'hash code' to match the JDK docs and usage
elsewhere in collections.

There is a mistake in the correction I've done for AbstractHashedMap: threshhold
was changed in the javadoc but not the parameter list.
