I saw a bunch of datetime.now() used all over the codebase. This works well if all the systems are in UTC (as is the case at Airbnb according to the post: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AIRFLOW/Common+Pitfalls). This could be changed to datetime.utcnow() to make Airflow system independent.
