[GitHub] climate pull request #371: CLIMATE-829 - Add conda package recipes

GitHub user agoodm opened a pull request:

    CLIMATE-829 - Add conda package recipes

    This commit includes conda package recipes for ocw as well as some specific dependencies which do not currently have packages on the main anaconda channel. Note that any attempt building the package from the recipe as is will install the most recently committed code, but this can be changed by setting `git_rev` to a specific release version in `ocw/meta.yaml`.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/agoodm/climate master

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/climate/pull/371.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #371

    @agoodm can you add Apache Licnese headers to all of the files you've committed to master branch? Thanks
