Hi,

I am new to J2. I like to know how to create ear from J2?

That depends on the app server where you will be running.
While there are procedures for deploying Fusion to Weblogic, Websphere 
and JBoss, I have not yet had time to create similar procedures for J2.
Actually the procedures should be pretty much the same.
