RE: Professional support.

The reason I ask is I work for a large company and they like the safety
net of being able to call a company and get help "immediately".
Personally I think the mailing list support here is awesome but I have
to cover all the bases.

Not that I'm aware of.

Most people get by just fine with the resources we offer...

- Or asking on this list. Though we would prefer that some of the former
were tried first.

Beyond these options, what other requirements are you expecting
"profesional
support" to satisfy?
