This PR adds a `Segment size` (in bytes) column to the Datasource view. To not add clutter it is hidden by default. A refactor was needed of the visibility state store to allow it to store explicit visible and hidden states which allows things to be hidden by default.
In addition the "heavy" columns that use `LIKE` expressions are now hidden by default.
This PR has:
- [x] been self-reviewed.
- [x] been tested in a test Druid cluster.
