   执行个人py程序时，服务器目录访问不到，只能通过持久化层把个人py大环境 cp到soft里面， 在安全中心指定上传的个人py环境才能访问到该环境，正常生产环境不允许这样做。
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   k8s部署的ds，pod可以通过ds的工作流定义传教shell工作流可以指定上传到服务器的py环境目录进行执行
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   上传一个py环境到服务器，在ds安全中心-环境管理中指定该目录，创建py工作流，指定环境，执行py工作流

   When executing the personal py program, the server directory cannot be accessed, and the personal py environment can only be accessed through the persistence layer cp into the soft, and the personal py environment specified and uploaded in the security center can access the environment, which is not allowed in the normal production environment .
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   The ds and pods deployed by k8s can be defined through the ds workflow to teach the shell workflow to specify the py environment directory uploaded to the server for execution
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Upload a py environment to the server, specify the directory in ds security center - environment management, create a py workflow, specify the environment, and execute the py workflow
   
   ### Anything else
