Make type aliases namespace-aware

Hi,

Type aliases in iBATIS can be specified in two places: the main config
and in SQLMaps. I looked at the source of iBATIS and saw that the types
aliases are just put in one big Map.

I would like to see the behaviour of type aliases:

- aliases defined in the main config are global (just as they are now)
- aliases defined in SQLMaps are local, i.e. only available in the
defined namespace (if defined at all, of course)

This would prevent possible alias clashes
(http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IBATIS-190), which was why
namespaces were invented in the first place.

Any thoughts / objections?

I think there is an issue with the DAO in 2.1.6 - I broke it, my bad.
