   Downgrading to 4.17.2 on the KVM Agent while keeping the Management Server at 4.18 does seem to resolve this issue:
   
   ```
   [root@hv-pod2-r1-21 ~]# ip addr show dev cloud0
   7: cloud0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc noqueue state UP group default qlen 1000
       link/ether 72:55:25:fd:dc:02 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff
       inet 169.254.240.1/20 scope global cloud0
          valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
       inet6 fe80::7055:25ff:fefd:dc02/64 scope link 
          valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
   [root@hv-pod2-r1-21 ~]# 
   ```
   
   This breaks anybody using BGP with VXLAN on their CloudStack environment as the Agent will break the BGP communication.
