[I] markdown bulet points down work [superset]

### Bug description
- Go to dashboard, add/edit markdown
- It's not possible to add bullet points easily into markdown - the syntax referenced in superset docs doesn't work. Using plan HTML works.
Very minor bug, but certainly annoying for non technical users
Side note, this seems like issue with 5.0 too not just 6.1 (in test)
