Logkit: org.apache.avalon.excalibur.logger.factory.FileTargetFactory javadocs

As a consequence of updating the code in RevolvingFileStrategy to ensure
that it searched for the oldest file to overwrite, I noted that the
FileTargetFactory did not describe the -1 parameter for the rotation. So I
have changed the javadoc. Revised file is attached.

would you be able to resend this as a unified diff. I couldn't quite figure 
out what changes had occured ;)
