sample file containing a reproducible issue
in some case, like in the attached file, a bullet list seems correct. However,
when reloaded from file, it appears out of order. After correcting the problem,
and saving the file, the problem persists.

Can you provide instructions on what to reorder in the sample file that when
saved returns without the order preserved?
Also, there has never been an Apache OpenOffice 4.4.6.3. What product are you
using?
