   gRPC service discovery HTTP service returns the real IPs of collector cluster, but if the agent uplinks data to backend through VPCs and Internet, this mechanism fails.
   
   So I will add a mechanism to provide an optional config to set gRPC services IP:PORTs(split by `,`) directly.
