Nedit Apache::ASP Syntax highlighter

This may only work with nedit 5.1 beta, but since I've only had 1 crash
with that I suspect thats probably OK. Highlights HTML as HTML and perl as
perl. Add this to your .nedit file with all the other highlighters, and add
a line for a language mode called ApacheASP (I'm sure you can grok the
syntax - if not, load nedit and do it there).
