Zookeeper server as OSGI bundle/feature

Hi there

I thought an interesting feature for flexible deployment and administration
is that I can deploy a zookeeper server into an OSGi container. Is this
already possible? If not, are there any reasons why it's not a good idea?

Thanks
Oli

Hi Oliver, it should definitely be possible. See
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZOOKEEPER-425
also see the build.xml file or the generated zookeeper jar file - it
includes OSGi specific detail.

Patrick
