IndexingConfiguration
Hi there,
I saw something veeeery interesting in jackrabbit wiki : Indexing Configuration.
Actually it may be a way to tune up the index and allow some searches that today are very slow. It is definitely a good point to be able
to adapt jackrabbit indices to one's particular repository structure and needs.
Only bad point is release is planned to jackrabbit 1.4, according to wiki. Is it possible to get it in 1.3.1, or even download a beta version,
to try and see if it's really going to be the solution?

New features will not be included in patch releases like 1.3.1, so
you'll need to wait for 1.4. If you want to test drive the features
before that, you can quite easily build the latest version from
Subversion. There are quite a few people working on the svn trunk so
it is generally quite good for use as a "technology preview".
See http://jackrabbit.apache.org/doc/building.html for instructions on
how to checkout and build the svn trunk.
