clang-analyzer on the CI

Hi all,

I’ve enabled the Clang analyzer builds for the CI. I’d highly recommend that if it fails, you look into why, at least for PRs on master. If you have a failure, look at the end of the Github build report, and in there you’ll see a reference to a scan report. You can find these reports on this URL:

This is also linked from the menu in the CI (“static code analysis”).
