added draft/prevew of nifi user's guide

mark has made a lot of progress on the user's guide.

I've gone ahead and updated the nifi site to refer to it from our docs
dropdown.  We have a long way to go on docs of course but this is a good
start and will gives folks something to start looking at and providing
feedback on.
