Imesh Gunaratne updated STRATOS-129:
------------------------------------

    Description:
According to the new architecture of Stratos for 4.0.0 release, we need to either re-factor the existing Stratos Manager dashbord or implement a new light-weight web application which could talk to Stratos via services to support the new dashboard functionality.

This feature will be used to manage all the tasks that will be carried out to achieve this goal.
