name-based vhosts

I've encountered quite a bit of confusion lately about whether it is
possible to run different name-based vhosts on each of several IP
addresses on a single machine. Clearly, this stems mostly from a lack of
understanding of DNS stuff, as do many, many of the vhost problems that
people have. But, anyways, do you think this phrasing change is
accurate? It felt a little awkward, so I didn't go ahead and commit it.

Thoughts?

I guess I should not be running two threads with the same Subject line.

OK, Mads said he liked it, and nobody else said it sucked, so I'll go
