Another Apache fellow (Joerg Schaible) on issue DIRSTUDIO-810 has just made us aware of the fact there was a distinction on the compatibility with the Eclipse Public License (EPL) v 1.0.
While it is allowed to include an Eclipse Public License (EPL) v 1.0 component as a binary file, it is NOT allowed to have source files under Eclipse Public License (EPL) v 1.0.
This is confirmed by the following links:

- http://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-b
We need to review which file of Apache Directory Studio are subject to this and remove them or replace them by another implementation, in order to be compliant.

I've looked over the code on the SVN repository and updated what needed to be updated.
Everything should be ok now.
