Summary: show current vhost in mod_status
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.3-HEAD
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: mod_status
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: mkent@magoazul.com

Not sure if this has been suggested before or is technically sound, but attached
is a oneliner to display the current r->hostname in use in mod_status versus the
current display of ServerName. To me this makes sense for anyone like myself using

http://www.outoforder.cc/projects/apache/mod_vhost_dbi/
http://www.oav.net/projects/mod_vhs/

or similar modules to do mass virtual hosting which makes the standard
mod_status output rather hard to interpret.

I admit that this makes sense in your configuration, but it does not make sense
for non virtual mass hosters. Furthermore it would be a change of behaviour for
people. This is fine in general on the head, but not in this case from my
personal point of view. So I mark it a wontfix. I guess your chances to get this
applied will rise if you provide a patch that makes this configurable in
mod_status with the default behaviour set to the current.
