Log:
RIVER-272:
- moved ASM JARs to lib directory, removed tools directory
- updated build.xml and common.xml accordingly
- updated tools.jar manifest accordingly
- add ASM dependency to tools.jar POM
RIVER-304:
- removed unused jtreg-teardown target (copying back JARs is done inside jtreg target)
- add more QA test categories to run by qa.run target

Removed:
    incubator/river/jtsk/trunk/tools/
